Let It Rain Poem by Jilliane Khaye Cudis

Let It Rain

Rating: 4.3

Pour rain, pour it hard
Wash away the waters
of pain, for I suffer
too much, send your chills to
my heart and let it feel
nothing but the coldness
of a rainy evening.
Let my tears be with you
and let plants drink it too.
To them, let me share these
pains. Let your twin, thunder,
roar, for my cries to be drowned
and my wails, be not heard
but only you, the plants,
your twin, and I, will do.
Now, as you bid goodbye
I'll keep my pains, I'll try.
Come back, I'll wait for you.
Pains I'll tell, tears will flow.
