If I fall
like an autumn leaf
Please don't send me home

Let me rest
among those grasses and trees

Let me be near this shore
with a view of a place I loved
where once upon a time.... my playground

So let me feel the afternoon breeze
the sound of waves...
the birds singing my heart

sounds of friends playing
once again on this shore
Let me be here..for a while

Visit me if you wish
wipe those tears
coz I'm smiling at you

You may not see me but I'm beside you
say a little prayer for my journey
forgive me for not letting you know

Place a white rose onto me
wipe those tears
coz I'm smiling at you

Have me in your heart
truly you are my friend
as I'm to you....
