last night
i reminded you

forgive me
for sounding like a
sermon maker

but you are i
are one

years and years
folded us

i am looking for
me and i see you
instead

i must remind you
do not shame me

if you shame me
i shame myself

forgive me
as i have forgiven you

got a glass of rum
let us drink as one.
