Let's Embrace Each Other Poem by Arun Maji

Belive it or not
we all are strong, we all are resilient.
We smile through tears, sing through despair,
we love with broken heart and fragmented soul.

Yet, there are times
we have pain that is too much to deal with.
Then, pain wins over our courage.

Then we need someone
to love us, care us, support us, guide us, inspire us.
If man does not help another man,
then who else will help man?

If God is there,
then, He wants me to help you.
If God is not there,
then it's in my interest, that I help you.

If I help you today,
you will help me tomorrow.
We have to live for each other.

No one is too rich to be poor,
no one is too strong to break,
no one is too wise to wrong.

We all do mistakes
we all do sin.
Half of the world's population is sage,
and another half is sinner.
Those who are sage
they also do sin sometime.
Those who are sinner
they are also sage sometime.
So we all are sage, and we all are sinner.
Even a killer has deep love for someone.
He is ready to lay his life for that person.

If I forgive you, I will be forgiven.
If I love you, I will be loved.

Rejection is not God's way of doing things.
God embraces all.
He embraces both sage and sinner
with equal love and zeal.

Hatred is not nature's way of doing things.
Nature love us, even though we hurt nature.

We destroy flowers.
But do flowers stop giving us fragrance?
Is human not part of this nature?
Then why human will have different rule?

We all live behind a glass wall.
if I throw stone to you
wouldn't you break my glass wall?

We all are connected.
We are a tiny flower stitched in an infinite garland
called universe.
We together make our world better
we together make our country better
we together make our community batter.

No man is a man
if he does not respect this interconnectedness.
If few of your cells grow out of your proportion
you die of a cancer.
If only few men grow out of proportion
then community will die of a cancer.

We all are borther. We all are sister.
Let's help each other
You wipe my tears
I wipe your tears.
O man
Let us embrace each other.
