Let the tears go, let the emotions fly,
Feel better about yourself with the ability to cry.
The heartfelt sadness or pain inside
That makes you feel stronger once you have cried.
Let the tears go, keep the sadness away,
Live in happiness each and every day.
Keep your head up, don't look down on yourself,
Because there's someone who loves you and always there to help.
There's a time to try
There's a time to hope
There's a time to cry
When you are unable to cope.
Take a chance to be happy
Take a chance to understand
