</>To whome does god grant power over all things?
are we so vaine as to think its us,
are we not mortal enough for life
given this breath for natures delight.

Destroy we will, punished we have,
how can we say we`d make things right.
try as we may, pray for forgiveness,
we carry on and some day deliverence,
in ignorance and pride our sins we delight,
believing that with us is gods repite.

wake up mankind, wake up and see,
we can create, we can be free.
the sun still shines, a new day begins,
yet we carry on casting our sins.

Give me the rest that i long for,
show me the light through your own door.

Let me come home from all evil thats done
i pray my lord we havent won
a damn thing we build to honor you
is only there to see us through
our might, our strength, what little we know,
pray for us god that we can grow.

Children are we, small in size,
compaired to you, you know our lies,
but still i guess the better you know,
than we do lord, please...let us grow.

If hope there is for folly and sin,
are we worthy to begin
you judge my lord for only you
can give a mortal what is true

With adam and eve the stone was set
but look now lord we set in rest,
the bricks for mans future foundation,
show us the light,
please give salvation,

To start afresh, begin anew,
can we learn, we hope from you,
our folly and our ignorance,
is our own seed,
our only true gift is our own greed.

Who knows not i what is to be,
our future, if any belongs to thee.

And so i rest my pen for now,
let mankind see, and hopefully
a ray of light will breake the seal,
on mans own fate......let our souls heal.
