Liars Eyes
What have I done
To deserve that look on your face?
I can't quite be sure
but I have seen it before
No, not on you
On others from the past
Yet it remains in my mind
So it is not left behind
I think not this time
I am too strong now
My life is not your playground
I believe you know that
All I ever asked of you
was for your honesty
But that daunting look in your eyes
portrayed untold lies
