Library Fever Poem by Josephine DixonBanks

Library Fever

If you have a desire to know
the library is the place to go
let the library be your surrogate college
until you can afford institutionalized knowledge.

You can learn at your own pace or speed
remove mind-sets that might impede
build self-confidence and self-esteem

Learn and grow in a private way
take control of your life; no more dismay
open your heart, soul, mind
wonderful knowledge you will find

Improve your vocabulary and reading skill
discover new people and worlds at will
the books on the shelf will speak to you
tailor made messages; you will feel brand new

Library Fever The Master Weaver of your destiny
the only place you are all, you can be.
