Lies Poem by Brittany Jones

Lies

a lil white lie won’t hurt is wat you thought
but when it became a well spun web of
decpetion wat did you think had happened.
You believed your own lies to the point you
thought they true.... I have to give it to you though
if my mom had a raised a FOOL i would
i have believed the delicated threads
of your glistening web, i would have
fell for all your alibi’s that fit so well
wit your Lies.......
You took one little white lie
and ruined a friendship, a relationship,
a bond between two people...
it was only a little white lie
until it fell from your
beautiful, kissable lips......
