Wings of darkness descending
Spirit retreating inwards
Body connection unsettled
Pain, discomfort, melancholy
Aura weighted down
Disconnection
Mind, body and spirit
Cautiously finding balance
Memory markers reveal
Points of stability
Climbing back to place of balance
Reconnection
Wings of light ascending
