Each day I excitedly breathe in when my body wakes up!
Oh thank you breath of god that fills me
and sustains me as I walk out into the
Sun of God. Absorbing, being charged up.
I am now energized!
Thankfulness for provision, for enough food,
for fruit and food close to the land
that falls from plants for us.
Thanks for life experienced abundantly
when plugged into Mother Earth.

Life is so delicious if we open our mouths
and eyes and natural senses
May we not shut down and contract by
taking in processed information and food.
Let us all LIVE LIFE fully, in abundance,
love and light
