Life's Challenges 3 Poem by David Wood

Life's Challenges 3

Rating: 5.0

Unless you've dived the oceans
Seen a lonely shipwreck and
Admired the beauty of shoals of
Rainbow wrasse or live coral

Unless you've sat on a beach and
Watched the sun dip beneath
The horizon on a warm summer
Evening listening to the waves

Unless you've walked hand in hand
Through a corn field with a loved one
On a sun kissed summer's day
With time slowly dripping away

Unless you've sailed in a gale or
Storm with head height waves
Or taken a chance in life you
Won't know what you're missing

Beautiful imagery for a thought provoking poem.... there are so many visuals that could be added, , , , I would add a horse strutting his stuff when the sun is on his back and he's just been turned out! ! ! top marks
