Life's Defeat

Tears form in my eyes
as I wonder
thinking
am I dreaming
my life such
an emotional mess
up and down
spinning round and round
then falling helpless
to the ground
not wanting to get
back up of my feet
just leave me
lay here
regretting
uncaring
in defeat
as tears form in my eyes.
