I stand in the middle of the stage
The kleig lights on my face.
I hear the screams of the fans
Deafening to my ears.
I have waited this long
For this night to come.
I hear the drums roll
It drives me wild to my very core.
The intro music gave me my cue
Hey, world! Ready or not
I sang a tune that's from my heart.
All those years of dreaming for a perfect night like this
God what am I doing here?
Is this just a dream?
Yes, it's just a dream
But it was AWESOME, while it lasted
