I like like you,
I want to ride a bike with you,
Maybe fly a kite or two,
On the beach through the night with you,
I want to be with you all day long,
I want it to be ok and no longer wrong,
I want to have a picnic with you in the sand,
I just want it to be alright when I hold your hand,
I've been falling down with you and I just want to land.

I like like you,
I want to make things right with you,
To get old and lose my sight with you,
I want to hold you tightly too,
I want to dance with you under the stars,
I want to look into your eyes and know exactly what we are,
I want you to be my lady-friend,
And I never ever want this to end,
Because you make me feel like a kid again.

I like like you,
I want to take a hike with you,
Take my map and hiking boots and spend the night with you,
I want to name each and every star in sight with you,
I want to carve our names into a tree,
And to make spooky noises in the tent so that you can get closer to me,
The truth is that I don't care at all what we do,
Because I am always happy when I'm with you,
I want you to show me exactly what this can lead to,
I like like you.
