POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM

I saw a signboard today " Ma ting Room ", to resolve the mystery I peeped inside to confirm that it was "Waiting Room" and then I realized that the wind did the trick by turning letter W upside down and taking away letter I from the signboard.
