Little Girl Poem by joanne tasker

Little Girl

Run little girl, run away
Hide some place and there you'll stay
Watch little girl as the world spins round
Soon the bodies of society will lie on the ground
Look little girl, see them stumbling along
Hear their screaming and gunfire as if it's a song

One day soon they'll be no more, you'll take you place in the world once more
You'll open your eyes to this horrific scene and change the tides for the new century

Smile little girl i give you my blessing
Have hope you will find what our world is missing
Ignore temptation and focus on the future, otherwise we openly welcome another disaster.
