Little Life Poem by Morgan McClure

Little Life

Leaves blowing in the wind
Summer romance ends again
Baby bird falls from tree
waves breaking on a shore
Peaceful mornings here no more
Sirens blasting out a noise
Telling folks troubles near
Life can come and
Life can go
Gentle as the falling snow
one breath
one blink
one tiny mistake
is all it takes
to be no more
