Live Better Than Yesterday
J-ust live better than yesterday,
E-very morning is new;
A-s you wake up from slumber,
N-ever think of the night so blue.
E-arnestly live better than yesterday,
T-omorrow will come again;
T-oday is the moment to shine,
E-vading the shadows that end.
E-arly January twenty-ninth,
B-ad and worse fade into gray;
A-im to outdo your own work,
L-ive better than yesterday.
