The worlds least endearing animals
You won’t find them in a zoo
They’re running wild upon the streets
Living next to me or you
Take the inner city safari
And find out for your self
How living in this jungle
Can be averse to your health
There aren’t any
Lions Tigers or bears
Just rabid savage Dogs
With menacing glassy stares
Wild drunken dogs
Who fornicate in the street
Always hunting in a pack
Intimidating all they meet
The Donkey’s out working
While the Sloth lounges about
He’s master of welfare
By sticking his hand out
Marvel at the stool pigeon
The Weasel and the Rat
All falling over each other
In their haste to tittle tat
Squirm as the Horse traders
Deal the Lemmings a fix
Bad Stallions offering slaughter
Selling dirty oblivion kicks
Keep an eye on the Magpie
Or soon he’ll have it away
He’s sly and very resourceful
And he’s use to not having to pay
There are Jackals and Hyenas
Who love to feast on your woe
Laughing at all misfortune
Wherever they should go
Watch the Flounder play chicken with the Shark
Borrowing much more than he outta
With painful reminders and interest that soars
He finds it hard to stay above water
Observe the pig in his business suit
Gorging himself on expenses
His plans could make the difference
But he builds and sits upon fences
There’s just one law in this jungle
Always watch your back
For these aren’t friendly animals
Just savages on the attack
