He doesn’t want to be here
He doesn’t want to play
Daddy was nearly a football star
But he’s not made that way
Daddy has great expectations
As he shouts instruction from the crowd
Daddy is very demanding
He’s overbearing and loud
Daddy loves a winner
Second place is never enough
Daddy don’t want no cry-baby
Daddy wants a boy who is tough
She hears the music
But she doesn’t feel the dance
Mummy makes her come here
Mummy never got her chance
A poor kid
From the cheep end of town
All her mates took ballet
Her parents let her down
Mummy thinks she missed out
She could have been a swan
She dreamed the dreams of children
But woke to find them gone
Mummy is ultra ambitious
She’s driven and won’t stop
Daughter is living life for her
It’s all about getting on top
