Locked Away Poem by Will B a Poet

Locked Away

Rating: 5.0

I have many feelings locked away, if I let them loose, whole share with me.
They're locked away, Locked away, Locked away.
If I laugh, will you laugh too, & share my warmth,
I hope you do.
but until I trust,
They're locked away, locked away.
If I weep, will you weep too, and know the pain I'm going through.
I hope you do, but until I trust,
they're locked away, locked away.
So many people want to share the things they have locked away.
Will I ever know you, will you ever know me,
So much is hidden, we are not what we see.
What we are is locked away, locked away, locked away.
If I share my heart, will you do too,
their secret vaults of dark & light,
then we can start to put things right.
And release whatevers locked away,
release whatevers locked away.
Then I'll dance & you'll dance too,
& share the joy that's surging through.
Because we both have dared to share,
those special things, that we locked away,
and released the feelings locked away,
released the feelings locked away.

Everything that is locked away in our subconscious and uncoscious could be brought to conscious poetically. You may like to read my ars poetica named as (Poetic Sense-1) Thanks
