I was in a classroom, and in the front position
With many famous scientists and mathematicians.
I saw Einstein, Aristotle, Galileo, and said 'hey'
To Newton, Maxwell and Faraday.
I welcomed, greeted, and shook the hand
Of Gauss, Poincare, Euler and Boltzmann.
There was Kepler, Huygens and Freznel,
Alhazen, Dyson, Laplace, and Becquerel.
DeBroglie came in the window as he had taught.
Schrodinger was there and he was not.
I saw Fourier, Kirchhoff, Planck, and it was strange
To see, Gilbert, Helmholtz, Lorentz, and Lagrange.
Heisenberg was uncertainly found,
And Feynman came from everywhere around.
Someone to my left was sitting in a chair,
Then he asked me why I was there.
My impeccable logic reasoned, and I spoke
'I guess because it's MY dream, ' and then I awoke.
I have noted that some of your work dealing with scientific themes and matters in very unique ways, not many poet interesting to write in that way, that is make your works different and excellent, I have written (Scientific creatures) too which can be a scenario for a great film....+10 from me for this amazing poem well done
A free flight of creativity on winged imagination. It's an impressive roll call of the icons of scientific discoveries. Thanks for sharing.
Wanted to add, sorry, , the thu, s up page was not showing when I first posted, I wanted to make it green.

Loved this poem. It goes beyond the stuffiness of some poems. Loved it and The photo of Einstein, great, just great! Panagiota

Fascinating dream and very nice poem. I have voted it a ten. I recently wrote a poem about a dream called POETRY HEAVEN but it was totally fabricated. I didn't really dream it and never claimed to have done so. One of the verses was about Mr. Spock, who used to write poetry on this site. Now that Mr. Spock is longer here, I guess I will have to take his verse out.
Thanks for your vote. I read that poem. No need to change it.
