Loneliness Poem by Andrew Reyna

Loneliness

Loneliness surrounds me
Like a blanket of fallen snow
With me since I first drew breath
The only friend I know

Loneliness consumes me
Like a fire in the night
It rages, burns, and left me scarred
I will never be alright

Loneliness destroys me
Utterly and completely
My only chance to break away
Is to pass away discreetly
