Lonely Extrovert Poem by Nayab ALi

Lonely Extrovert

Rating: 4.5

A separated leaf from a tree,
Now i am utterly free

I am now fully hollow,
Free from pain and sorrow.

No one now can filch my breath,
Can not bring my life to death.

I am no more entangled in fear,
To be estranged from my dear.

But I still miss that time,
When with my friends I glow and shine.

When birds come and play with me;
Straying happily, they swing on me.

My fellas! My fellows! Were all around me,
We talked, we chirp and all our worries just flee.

The agony, the fights that we shared,
The love the joy that we cheered

The remembrance of these moments makes me cry,
Like a bright lonely moon in the sky.

Now I am living on my own,
Just flown away by the wind blown.

Apart from hatred all around,
I am the one, who is no more bound,

All the bitterness is just kissed away,
Living on my own am still happy and gay.

But still I ask everyone, WHY?
I am alone under a wide Sky.
