Symphonies of our nostalgic memories;
They reside deep within me,
Their call is engraved deep within my soul;
My hunger for thee causes me fear,
My longing for thee needs an ending;
For I know my lady you must go,
Tick tock said the hasty clock;
Father time said it was your time,
It was right to let you leave and happily live;
‘Cause it's wrong to want this prolonged,
In your hurting I wanted an ending;
Even though your love I wanted to have,
My love I know it's right for you to seek the light;
And I'm afraid it's time for you to go to bed.
