Long Time No See

Long time no see old friend
Where might you be godsend?
A candle in the night
On a seal, your leading light
Your touch is a dying memory
When departed, where will I find company?
Say my name seven times
Float to me fragrant rhymes
I echo yours back thrice
Curse the time, they’re cold as ice
Forgive me love
A thought of doubt up above
Come home quick don’t you know
My heart is bleeding white as snow
My hands they swell
My heart is up for sell
I tried to wait but time is infinite
I am not and can’t wait one more minute
So hurry back and claim you dimming star
Or become a painful scar
I love you most
But you’ve been a ghost
You deadline is due
Sadly I will settle for a new you
