I'm looking for you
that's all I can do
are you looking for me to
because i'm looking for you
I've been looking for you
high and low
through the tunnel tube
as far as the darkness goes
One minute is like an hour
One year is a million
won't you come back to the home that we call ours
for you are one in a billion
Where are you, i'm gonna die
was all this just a lie
I never got to say goodbye
come back or my soul will fly

Hi Linta, Your poem depicts the agony of separation and longing quite skillfully. Masterly write. The pain is conveyed to the reader in so few ordinary words. I'm looking for you that's all I can do While expressing the helplessness, you also wonder whether.. are you looking for me too because i'm looking for you..... The repetitive statements express pain of the lost love... I've been looking for you high and low And the pain, the understanding that the search is a fruitless one also indicated by the words, tunnel, darkness.., Quite evocative.. And then, , One minute is like an hour One year is a million won't you come back to the home that we call ours for you are one in a billion Quite a painful read... And the concluding stanza, epitomizes the feelings, Where are you, i'm gonna die was all this just a lie I never got to say goodbye come back or my soul will fly through the tunnel tube as far as the darkness goes Very well written.100+++
