Loser's War Cry Poem by A Dreamer

Loser's War Cry

I have clapped for their victory for long
I have tried to forget my defeat and remember to
let bygone be bygone
learnt to smile when I lost
learnt to hide my tears and boast
boast about being under control
boast about feeling happy and having a ball
when losing again and again is breaking me
when being a loser looked like my destiny
but today
I decide to clap no more
I decide to heal and not feel sore
I swear to achieve
I swear not to leave
I swear not to clap for others any longer
And conquer
conquer my fears
conquer my mind
and stop being celebrating for others
for the nth time
