Loud is the cry of war
Many people shall it smite

Opening up death's dark door
Our people shaken to the core
As we feel our enemies bite
Loud is the cry of war

Many soldiers now implore
If this battle was worth the fight

Many hearts lie broken and torn
An Endless number of sleepless nights

Crowded will be heaven's shore
As the dead now take their heavenly flight

Although we won, we lost much more
