Love Poem by Matthew Edan Oliver Palma

Love

It need not be romantic nor be it fantastic;
just the sound of your voice makes me ecstatic.

It need not be orgasmic nor be it explicit;
just the touch of your skin turns me your complicit.

It need not be expressive nor precise in semantic;
just the look in your eyes bids my heart go so frantic.

It need not be entwined, it can be a composite;
just the smile on your face is my gold prized benefit.
