clinging to memories
moments
in the backyard
of the mind.

Love
asks
no proof
no document
nor any validation


Love exists
inspite of itself
of time's tribulations
of vagaries of circumstance

The marching time
nor
the piling struggles
snuff
it out

It stays on
surviving attempts
at burial
at decapitation
at forgetting
at indifference

thriving in itself
Love is in love with itself
a true narcissist!
