In Part 2 the interplay of Asad's outer life and his furious inner life but it's further complicated - it's no longer a one-track mind: now the kind woman and her innocent son are factors. I like the way Asad slowly understands this woman and her son are not the ones who committed crimes against him and his family and his larger community. In Part 1 he could simply designate every as believer or iinfidel, blessed soul or demon - in such equations terrorism flourishes. BUT your protagonist is now confronting an experience totally new to him, and it is exciting to follow this scenario.

I agree with Mohammed. The U.S. Took advantage of radicalized fundamentalists to do their dirty work and created a monster. I too look forward to more of your writing

Nice satire in your poem, In Holy Quran it is clearly mentioned It is neither their meat nor their blood that reaches Allah, but it is piety from you that reaches Him. Thus have We made them subject to you that you may magnify Allah for His Guidance to you. And give glad tidings (O Muhammad SAW) to the Muhsinun (doers of good) . There are certain things taken out of the context from the Book and quoted to instigate hatred in the name of Jihad or Holy war..Some of them are here under: “To go forth in the morning or evening to fight the path of Allah is better than the whole world and everything in it.” “He who provides equipment for a soldier in Jihad has himself performed Jihad.” ‘ISIS’ has been around for about 16 years, mostly as a creation of the US government as a psy-ops (psychological operation) . Al-Qaeda was the CIA’s name list given to the people in the Middle East they trained. Leaked US military slides in 2007 admitted that 2 alleged AQ leaders, Baghdadi I & II were fictional. Unless and until the Hedayah comes to us which is wisdom to understand the things, Guidance to segregate (What is good and what is bad, what is right and what is wrong) and till the time people have the power to influence others with their own words, innocents will be the victims, people will say this religion is good that is not, If the GOD WISH something to happen and He is powerful and Creator and all knower, He would have never let the weak humans to fight and curse and sort after one another in hatred, enmity and what not...But then why this world is a testing place, which test we are appearing at and what will be the purpose, reason and result of it. Only a thinking and understanding mind will accept the Challenge of making this earth a living place, a peaceful place and a place to make one another happy, refrain from Bad and enjoin with Good.... Let us not fight and keep our believes to ourselves as very personal and not force others to follow, do Good things which is beneficial to the humanity, mankind and this universe so that they get reward/award hereafter or as per their own believes, with my little knowledge about all religion (Although I have read all major scriptures several times) no religion talks about degrading humanity, all talk about compassion, love, peace, justice, code for living the life, helping neighbours, distressed, oppressed, orphans, underprivileged, animals, all living creatures, environment, land, sea, water, air etc etc and the list is never exhaustive....So if we all accept others without enforcing our way of life, thought, beliefs etc on others this world will be a better place to live, We all should unite to fight EVIL, DEVIL and negative forces.....A really thought provoking poems.....Looking forward for part 3.....
