Love Lies Poem by Ronald Chapman

Love Lies

My spirits have been raised up by your kindness.
My broken heart has been repaired by your loveliness.
Would this have happened?
If the one, I imagined I loved had not abandoned love?
Lies of love are so terrible, as a burning heart.
You are so adorable, as a huggles doll.
I am so glad you came into my life.
To show me the truth in honest love.
