Love's Magic Spell Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Love's Magic Spell

Rating: 4.5

Love letters tell of your feelings for me

But where is your tender embrace?

When can I see those attractive blue eyes

And kiss your adorable face?

Hurry homeward along the highway tonight

Under stars, and the neon street lights.

Recalling the good times when we were young

And in love ~ on those warm summer nights.

I will wear the same gown as I wore long ago

With the perfume that lingers so well.

Let us listen to beautiful waltzes by Strauss

And dance under love's magic spell.
