Love’s Power Divine

Families are broken everywhere
A stench to God on high
Parents abandoned into care
Grandparents left to die

What’s happening to true bloods love?
To parents, children living
Does not provide the One above
Who lives, constant giving

Love is the essence of God’s grace
The motive of His soul
Life’s pinnacle, centre and base
To reach man’s unseen goal

Where hatred has no part to play
Wrapped in the devil’s gown
True love alone, will win the day
And life’s eternal crown

Let wisdom hear, love’s sweet voice
Let hatred die in shame
Let Heaven’s Way become your choice
Living in Jesus’ name

Let families in love, unite once more
Man with his wife be one
Parents and children bolt hate’s door
Till Heaven’s will is done

Till hell freezes, eternity ends
Let true love lead the way
Let God and families live as friends
Forever and a day

So let it be Lord, say amen
Let bride and Groom combine
Let man in love with You again
Forever more entwine…..
