Love's Tenderness Poem by LIGHTCHEERFUL BRIGGS

Love's Tenderness

Her voice whispers in the cold wind,
And the wind blew so cold to my ear;
Then heard the imports of her voice
Which tells me of her virgin's love for me

I think of the softness in her voice;
I thought about the warm touches of arms
And I wonder why I should be so loved by this maiden?
Filling in my life with much of her unstained love.

She speaks to me with the master-piece of eloquence.
In her words so full of courage, hope and life,
She is too fair, too wise and wisely too fair;
This tender loving damsel of mine heart.

Peace I felt in her arm meant more than the rest.
In the gentle touch of her arms I felt a total love;
There is tender loving care in her love,
This tender loving damsel of my heart.
