Love calls from lips not even known before
Whenever strangers care, which is not rare;
When close friends share, which can be love when more,
For this way often starts a love affair,
Where lie joys to partake and pains to bear
As lovers claim their place beneath the stars,
Far from the crowds, but quite to Eden near,
With differences few, and squabbles sparse;
But strangers oft become of hearts that part,
Whose lips though each have known, they would forget,
As strangers that they were, right at the start,
Though now much wiser, and not to regret;
.....If so, where else should love best emanate,
.....If friends' and strangers' loves disintegrate?
