Love Sought Found In Shadow Echoes Of Eden Poem by Terence George Craddock

Love Sought Found In Shadow Echoes Of Eden

found he had a trophy love he could caress
he floated in an infatuated bubble of no duress
he addicted adored claimed a love true only his
every kiss excited with quest long sought bliss

I love this white slender body cried ardent eyes
her passionate limbs answer in love's caresses
lost in impassioned amorous eyes deep finesse
he tender kisses forehead beneath black tresses

lost in heavy scent waves her adornment hair
in rapture timeless without a care she was so fair
to love a white slender body in tempo virtuoso
a Lola Astanova every note played a piano maestro

music ripples in two hearts increases to a crescendo
music rises soars to paradise to heaven flies presto
since immortality flesh of flesh was lost in Eden
search quest for eternal soul mate is still keyed in

in his heart he cries you are the one I searched for
through many distant lands then through many more
through all climates searched I in all kinds of weather
it is you I sought we are equals there can be none other

it is you I sort as equals intimately we can talk
in paradise earth reclaimed we can paradise walk
his heart claims to be the man she will ever care for
to be richly paid in kindness kisses caresses to die for

alas paradise angel guarded refuses to be reclaimed
past love lost baggage carried is a heart fatally maimed
it is an irreversible creeping fear by who when betrayed
without his paralysis betrayal fear she would have stayed
