Love Spurred Confidence Poem by Nathalie Ortiz

The words my broken heart scarcely holds and refuses to admit
For i know what i must say
Should I lock these profound words or rightfully submit
Although i have choosen the words, i fear truth will take him away

Time has spurred me confidence
So the moment has come
Shall my words only return grievance
Or will my wait return happiness to and from

My lack of rightful words brings me to this quandary
Shall i give you hintful clues
Or shall your answer be thrown to me as filthy laundry
I contemplate over what if your heart is taken is there someone new

I want to express how i feel perfectly clear
So there is no endless doubt
Although the amount i see is hidden by abysmal fear
Telling you is the only path... the only route

Here i go expressing my heart
You might not have noticed
But i have truly loved you from the very start
Now i sit here and tell you focused

What you bring forth in me i do not know
You start an endless feeling that comes to an end i believe to be never
What i do know is i love you now and forever shall it go
My love for now and forever your endless love shall be my endeavor
