Been here before
Fell in love with the eyes, the touch, the sweet smile
Had the feeling that maybe it wasn´t going to last forever
But it would surely last more than a day
Been hit this exact same way
Felt my hands trembling, my eyes glowing, and my heart in an adrenaline rush
Had the feeling this was way more than just a simple crush
I dreamed the same dreams
Saying a silent prayer, hoping it wouldn´t vanish, disappear
Kissed many faceless lips, trying to find someone
Who could make me feel like this
Wrote them little poems, but I was left with the unknown
Touched many faces, trying to find someone
Who could be as soft as u are
But I was left with a question mark
Drank a few glasses of wine, creating an illusion
That they were all mine
I know i´ve been here before
I know i´ve had my heart bruised
Felt a bit confused
But now this time…
It´s different, I can see it in the eyes, feel it in the touch, appreciate it in the smile
And if God forbid, I fall and break my heart again
I will go on, trying on luck, playing with my choices
Having fun with funny voices
I´ll just find my heart a new game to play
And love the love away…
