We face more than flesh and blood
With evildoers and their ways.
By faith, love and patriotism
We survive the darkest days.

Besides trust it takes courage
To be what good people admire.
Mostly it's how we share our love
And deeds we repeat to acquire?

The blessings of life give us reason
To seek what is best for all.
The blessings of life give reason
To show why we heed God's call?
