Loveth Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Loveth

Submit to my request like,
The floods upon the dry lands;
For i am drunk in your love and,
You are aii that i need, Loveth.

Of the thirteenth letter of the alphabet and,
Of the thirteenth day of my birth;
And of the day for a year and,
A week for seven years!
Loveth, the elephant is now back to the bush and,
Youneed my sweet love to let you grow.

The cat and the lizard know our love,
And they want us to become as one;
But, the alarm-clock is hidden in us.

There is love in the atmosphere and,
The canoes and the boats do wait for us;
So try to take a view on this love and,
Let us swim together in this ocean of love.
