Lucidity Poem by Half Past

Lucidity

A tree hovering over a placid pool
branches swaying and caressing the water
tracing faint etches of silver through the glistening
canvas of liquid...
The breeze is ever so light
The smell of fresh pine, ripe upon my nose..
A faint bird call in the distance is the only noise above my heartbeat...
Thump..
Thump..
Thump..
