Lucky Broken Heart Poem by Giovanni Naces

Lucky Broken Heart

Damn, I am! I tolerate- my old self says
When I can swiftly switch to go away
From the mind that's been preset
To a beneficial spiritual upset.

Afraid I am to switch my mind
That I might go back to who I was
For only beast can do that
To avoid a broken heart.

Misery! You are indeed a click to blow away
But I opted not to do that way
For in this way my Creator is shaping me
And bestowing a virtue to be truly me.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Hi guys, this is my first and may be my last poem I've ever written in my entire life. It was in the middle of the night inside my room where my heart dictated my brain to write something weird. I'm sorry guys I'm not good in writing especially in poem but I just want to try and learn from your comments (may be) . :)
