Lullaby Poem by Angel Free

Lullaby

Rating: 4.5

I'm going to sing you a song
Not a poem just a silly song
Not a love song or a rhyme
Just a plain old fashioned lullaby

So close your eyes and let me take you there
Where sheep dress up in pink and white
Where butterflies tickles your belly button
Let me sing you my old fashioned lullaby

Let's puts our hand close and pray
Come and let your terrors run away
Make room for the Sandman my sons
And listen to mommies lullaby

Listen carefully, look at the stars
See how they glister in the skies just for you
Look at Mr. Moon and the boy who sits in him
Go to sleep now on the rhyme of this lullaby
