Lyre Re-Unstrunged Poem by Dwitun Basumatary

Lyre Re-Unstrunged

Dearly beloved's I, wanna be
a part of your homecomming.
For love that exists only in dreams
don't wake 'em up moms;

for she's not finished dreaming about his lips.
And he'll gladly soundsleep the rest of lis life.
What if I can't make it beside you
You're already inside my mind.

For even if one came love filled
destiny's never beyond te small cloud of dust
beneat some lusterous' feet-
an arabesque turning no one on.

You're unholy to speak in toungues
so express in the language of heart
in the colourful beams of flashy hope
if he she it they ever comes back.

In the sky of human hearts
The june of your face shall forever shine
'If winter comes can spring be far behind? '
If spring came, will spring ever come again?

Er! before I could long to glance longer
The ev'ning's here to hug me the stars again
Then there's no need of a forced laughter
Untill sadness appears again- Uninvited.

Untill I fall for you I'm not falling anywhere.
A figure seen far through the showering rain.
Ev'n if nothing comes at ev'ry song's end
a delay in the shooting star wish fills the void.
