Made My Day Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Made My Day

My feet skipped rapidly over,
The heaps of leaves in the forest.
They skipped so fast,
They were running without rest.

I loved the forest.
I took a tumble,
Over squirrels and bunnies,
And that made quite a rumble.

And back to my tumble.Squirrels and bunnies,
You make my day,
Spent in the forest,
I felt so gay.
