remember setting small attained small goal tasks
achieving them piling up success success successes
living in happy music happy songs happy memories
remember your new world view life view personal view
repeat I'm interesting I'm exciting I'm smart I'm attractive
I'm pretty/handsome I'm worthwhile I'm good enough
I'm deserving I'm loveable I'm a good person I'm normal
negative thoughts are a drain on self confidence so are
negative people false friends avoid negative influences
walk away out of the dark rooms dark closet into the light
