The many faces of one human being
Smiles, laughter and joys everyone has seen.
Surrounded by friends, family and foes
Yet there's deep secrets inside that nobody knows!

A smile that masks unhappiness
Laughter that masks screams of anger and frustration
Joys that masks sorrows and hopelessness.
The many masks of a soul longing to be whole!
Standing amongst many yet still feel so alone.

I am the face of many yet I am one.
Till the day my heart comes to rest
Ill have to live with the man I've become!

I am the phantom in my own life story.
